Die Synthese is a modern Yemeni specialty coffee company co-producing, sourcing, exporting, importing and roasting remarkable Yemeni lots. We started this journey with the aspiration to tell the story of what producing Yemeni coffee differently means to us, and what it could mean for a future world we want to live in. Our approach is to constantly explore the resources of traditional know-how to establish an inventive dialogue between history, a tradition, a practice, and a contemporary expression that echoes Die Synthese philosophy to the full. Curious about what lay further down the coffee chain, we threw ourselves into sourcing and roasting our own coffee, our own way.
